April Luncheon: Dead Deals & Second Chances

Navigating CRE Transaction Risk
Join us for our luncheon program on April 9, featuring a dynamic panel discussion on today’s most common deal killers, with insights from Anna Mills, Senior Vice President, Relationship Banker at Bank of Travelers Rest, Allison Moran, Office Manager at ECS Limited, and Meg Scoopmire, Attorney at Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd. They will share strategies for identifying red flags early, navigating complex challenges, and reviving deals that may be at risk. The discussion will be moderated by Brantley Anderson, Market President at Colliers South Carolina, who will bring a seasoned broker’s real world, deal making perspective.
We will also collect supplies for Prisma Health Children's Hospital-Child Life and Special Programs. Child Life Specialists are child development experts who support the emotional and developmental needs of children and families in a health care setting. Through therapeutic play, preparation, and education, they help reduce fear and anxiety while creating comfort and security during the hospital experience. Donations like small toys, sensory items, stuffed animals, and art supplies help bring joy and reassurance to children when they need it most.
Small items. Big impact. Join us in helping make hospital days a little brighter. Please see the attached list of requested items and bring them with you to the luncheon!
